Policy

Your nails are jewels not tools, if you want them to last you need to treat them well!

 

GENERAL APPOINTMENT INFO

  • If your nail breaks/lifts within 3 days after your service due to my error I will fix it for free. After 3 days you will need to book a repair/replacement.

  • I do not work on/over other people's work please come with bare nails or book a soak off.

  • I do not work on clients with nail or skin disorders without a doctors note. Nail and skin disorders include fungus, open wounds, discoloration, planter warts, etc. If you are unsure if you have a nail/skin disorder send me a picture and I can let you know if I can preform the service.

  • Do not bring extra people (including kids). If you got a ride from someone they cannot come in, they may sit in the car.

  • There is no Public Bathroom available, please use the bathroom before you come.

SCHEDULING 

  • Please let me know what you want before your service so I can book you for the correct amount of time.

  • Please come with bare nails unless booked for a removal/fill. (No acrylic, polish, or gel)

  • My dog is with me when I do clients, if you have a fear or allergy of dogs please let me know before booking.

WHEN YOU ARRIVE / BEFORE YOU LEAVE

  • Message me when you arrive I will text or come get you when I am ready.

  • If you notice a problem with your nail you must let me know before you leave.

PAYMENTS

  • Payment method: Venmo, Paypal, Apple Pay, Cashapp, Square (Cards), and Cash (Prefered).

  • No refunds. If you have problems please message me with a photo and tell me what is wrong, we can discuss what to do next.

  • All payments are final and will not be refunded.

  • Clients must pay before the start of service.

  • Prices are fixed, do not negotiate. Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • If you book an appointment and my prices change after your appointment is booked your prices will remain the same as when you booked.

  • You must send a $20 deposit (it goes toward your appointment total) within 24 hours of scheduling or your appointment will be canceled. Venmo, Paypal, Apple Pay, Cashapp, Square (Cards) are accepted.

CANCELLATIONS / LATE TO APPOINTMENTS 

  • If you are more than 10 minutes late you will need to pay a $10 late fee.

  • Your appointment will be cancelled or need to be rescheduled if you are more than 15 minutes late and you will loose your $20 deposit and will need another to reschedule.

  • You can cancel 48 hours before your appointment with no extra charge.

  • Please Text or call me if you are running late. 

  • After 2 no shows/cancelations you will be banned from booking with me unless you pay the full amount for your last booked service.
